| 应用 | Biological stain for distinguishing coli and aerogene bacteriaBasic Fuchsin is useful for Ziehl-Neelson staining to detect acid-fast bacilli. It is also used to stain tubercle bacillus and bacterial flagella. It plays an important role for tissue sections to visualize elastic fibers, cardiac and skeletal muscle tissue. It also acts as bacterial and histological stains. Further, it is used to stain cellular elements, certain tissues, bacteria and also acts as a local anti-infective. |
