| Biochem/physiol Actions【生化/生理作用】 | EHT 1864 inhibits Rac function. It prevents Aβ40 and Aβ42 production in vitro without direct inhibition of g-secretase. EHT 1864 induces dissociation of bound nucleotides. EHT 1864 induced inhibition of Rac prevents its association with downstream effectors. It is known to prevent estrogen-induced tumor cell proliferation in breast cancer. |
