| Preparation Note【制备说明】 | Suspend 22.5 g in 490 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes. Cool to 50℃. Aseptically add 5 ml Hemin solution (1.6mg (Cat. No. 51280) /5ml) and rehydrated contents of 1 vial of Campylobacter Selective Supplement (Cat. No. 17780). Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates. |
