| Cell Line Description【细胞系描述】 | Derived from a 58 year old female Caucasian with Dukes type B adenocarcinoma of the colon. The cells secrete CEA and mucin and are tumorigenic in nude mice. LS174T (Sigma Catalogue number. 87060401) was derived from the same patient. The cells have not been exposed to trypsin. |
