| Preparation Note【制备说明】 | Suspend 76.2 g 1000 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense as desired and sterilise by steaming for 30 min. on three consecutive days or by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 min. |
