| Cell Line Description【细胞系描述】 | The MH-S cell line was obtained from a 7 week-old male BALB/c J mouse by bronchoalveolar lavage followed by SV-40 transformation of an adherent cell enriched population of alveolar macrophages. Many properties of alveolar macrophages are expressed with the cells being phagocytic, esterase positive and peroxidase negative. The intracellular T-antigen and cell surface Ia and Mac-1 antigens are expressed as well as Fc receptors. IL-1 is constitutively expressed and can be increased by stimulation with lipopolysaccharides (LPS). A cellulose dependant suppression of the in vitro plaque-forming cell (PFC) i-espouse by MH-S cells has also been reported. |
