Application【应用】
推荐用于从混合培养物中分离在血液琼脂中呈现出 α 和 γ 溶血性反应的链球菌,特别是缓症链球菌、唾液链球菌和粪肠球菌。
Preparation Note【制备说明】
Suspend 90 g in 1000 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense and sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes. Cool to 50-55℃ and add 1 ml of sterile 1 % potassium tellurite solution (Cat. No. 17774). DO NOT REHEAT the medium after the addition of tellurite solution.
