The MRFP Anti-Her2 antibody binds the extracellular domain of human Her2 antigen. This recombinant antibody will bind only one Her2 receptor and thus allow stoichiometric quantitation of the antigen in vitro. The antibody fluoresces in the far red (PerCP) channel and can be detected in any apparatus equipped to detect emission ~675nm, or imaged on a similarly equipped fluorescent microscope. It is suitable for Immunohistochemistry, and at 52kD is ~ one third the size an IgG antibody making it less likely to cause steric hindrance.

Recombinantly produced as a single fAb region with a single attached red fluorescent protein fluorophore.

Supplied as a solution in PBD containing 0.01% sodium azide
