| Subculture Routine【传代培养常规】 | Seed at 5 x 104 cells/ml (5 x 105 cells/ml at resuscitation). Subculture when cells reach 5 x 105 - 1 x 106 cells/ml (usually after 3-4 days), 5% CO2, 37℃. 20% FBS can be used at resuscitation. |
