| Biochem/physiol Actions【生化/生理作用】 | quercetin 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside was shown to inhibit the activity of glucose-6-phosphatase. Plant flavonoid which exhibits antibacterial and antioxidant activities. It shows significantly strong ABTS radical scavenging activity, inhibitory activity against urease of quercetin glycosides isolated from Allium cepa and Psidium guajava. It is a potential antiplaque agent against Streptococcus mutans. |
