| Application【应用】 | PTS forms a SAM on a wide range of substrates such as aluminum oxide and silica, which can be further coated on organic field effect transistors (OFETs), thin film transistors and other biosensor based devices for biomedical applications. A self-assembled monolayer of trichloro(phenethyl)silane on a gate dielectric allows to reduce the transistor channel length. |
