| Preparation Note【制备说明】 | 将38.5 g悬浮于1L蒸馏水中，静置5分钟。加热至沸腾，并分装到平板或试管中。可以选择在121℃下高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟，但是如果培养基将在制备当日使用，则应进行灭菌。不灭菌可提高受压微生物的回收率。 |
