| Cell Line Description【细胞系描述】 | Derived from the parent line CHO-K1 and is hypersensitive to ionising radiation but not to UV irradiation. Cells may revert to wild-type after 1-2 weeks in culture. They should be checked for sensitivity and recloned when necessary. |
