It also has an ability to increase the cytotoxicity, intracellular uptake and DNA incorporation of gemcitabine in vitro. 3-Aminopyridine-2-carboxaldehyde thiosemicarbazone (3-AP) is a ribonucleotide reductase inhibitor and iron chelator with anti-tumor activity. |
