DBF is routinely used as a ligand for studying the properties of protein using spectral analysis. |
| Application【应用】 | 4′,5′-Dibromofluorescein has been used to stain proteins in 1-D and 2-D sodium dodecyl sulfatepolyacrylamide gel electrophoresis SDS-PAGE. This method is rapid, economical, and highly sensitive in comparison with other proteomic research staining methods. |
