| General description【一般描述】 | Adenylate cyclase activating polypeptide 1 (pituitary) receptor type I (ADCYAP1R1) or pituitary adenylate cyclase 1 receptor (PAC1R) protein is a member of the class B G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs). It is expressed ubiquitously in the central nervous system (CNS) and peripheral tissues. It has an N-terminal extracellular domain (ECD) and a transmembrane domain (TMD). ADCYAP1R1 gene is located on human chromosome 7p14. |
