ATF1 target genes have been implicated in mediating transcriptional response to DNA damage. Moreover, studies have reported that phosphorylation of ATF1 is needed for growth factor-induced expression of c-jun. Rabbit Anti-ATF1 (AB2) antibody recognizes rat, mouse, zebrafish, bovine, and human ATF1. |
