CRHR1 (corticotropin releasing factor receptor 1) is a member of the G-protein-coupled receptor superfamily of brain-gut neuropeptides. It is highly expressed in the amygdala, hippocampus and frontal cortex. It has 13 exons and located on human chromosome 17q12-q22. |
