| General description【一般描述】 | CXC- Chemokine receptor 7 (CXCR7) protein is a seven-transmembrane G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR). It is expressed in the heart tissues, fetal hematopoietic cells, embryonic neuronal, and activated endothelium. CXCR7 gene is mapped on the human chromosome at 2q37.3. Anti-CXCR7 Antibody detects endogenous levels of total CXCR7 protein. |

| Biochem/physiol Actions【生化/生理作用】 | CXC- Chemokine receptor 7 (CXCR7) protein interacts with chemokine ligands CXCL11 and CXCL12. This protein shuffles between the plasma membrane and endosomal compartments irrespective of the presence of a ligand such as CXCL11 and 12. CXCR7 protein plays a role in cell survival and cell adhesion to the endothelium. This protein tends to regulate the activity of CXCR4. |
