| General description【一般描述】 | Dicarbonyl/L-xylulose reductase (DCXR, P34H) is an enzyme that converts L-xylulose into xylitol and reduces various α-dicarbonyl compounds. DCXR is involved in the uronate cycle of glucose metabolism. Decreased level of DCXR membranous expression may be associated with malignant progression of melanocytic lesions. P34H, an epididymal sperm protein, may be a predictor of in vitro fertilization outcome. |
