| General description【一般描述】 | Histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) is a class IIb histone deacetylase which is localized in the cytosol. It has two catalytic domains. The protein is expressed in the heart, brain, colon, breast, ovary, pancreas and prostate glands. The gene encoding HDAC6 is localized on human chromosome Xp11.23. Anti-HDAC6 Antibody detects endogenous levels of total HDAC6 protein. |
