| General description【一般描述】 | Hypoxanthine phosphoribosyltransferase 1 (HPRT1) is known to catalyze the transfer of 5-phosphoribosyl group, thereby converting hypoxanthine to inosine monophosphate and guanine to guanosine monophosphate during purine nucleotide synthesis. HPRT1-ALDH16A1 interactions have been linked to the pathophysiology of gout. HPRT1 mutation has been associated with Lesch-Nyhan disease. Rabbit Anti-HPRT1 antibody recognizes zebrafish, bovine, canine, human, mouse, rat, pig, chicken, and rabbit HPRT1. |
