| General description【一般描述】 | N-myc downstream regulated 1 (NDRG1) is a cytoplasmic hydrolase that modulates stress, hormonal responses, cell growth, differentiation and LDL receptor trafficking. It mediates antimetastatic effects in cancer cells and is downregulated in prostate cancer cells. Rabbit Anti-NDRG1 antibody recognizes canine, chicken, mouse, zebrafish, bovine, human, and rat NDRG1. |
