| General description【一般描述】 | The OR1D2 (olfactory receptor family 1 subfamily D member 2) gene is located on human chromosome 17p13.3. The gene is considered as the first olfactory receptor expressed in the nose. It is also found to be expressed in spermatozoa. The encoded protein is a member of G protein-coupled receptor superfamily and exists as a homo-oligomer. Anti-OR1D2 antibody detects endogenous levels of total OR1D2 protein. |
