| General description【一般描述】 | Ribosomal protein S6 kinase, 70kDa, polypeptide 1 (RPS6KB1) belongs to the AGC kinase subfamily and comprises a catalytic domain, a linker region, and a putative autoinhibitory domain, in addition to the N-terminal and C-terminal domain. The RPS6KB1 gene is located on human chromosome 17q23.1. It exists in multiple isoforms due to alternative splice events. |
