| General description【一般描述】 | Anti-Parkin Antibody detects endogenous levels of total Parkin protein. Parkin RBR E3 ubiquitin protein ligase (PARK2) is a putative tumor suppressor gene. It possesses an amino-terminal region containing the Ubl (ubiquitin like) domain and a carboxy-terminal region with four zinc coordinating domains. Parkin is a 465 amino acid protein, which is part of the ubiquitin-proteasome system that targets proteins for degradation. The gene encoding it is localized on human chromosome 6q25.2-q27. |
