It is a potential therapeutic target in breast cancer as it stimulates estrogen receptor pathway. HTPAP also suppresses metastasis in human hepatocellular carcinoma. PPAPDC1B also regulates survival of small-cell lung cancer and pancreatic cancer cell lines. |
