| General description【一般描述】 | RNA binding protein-like (RALγL, NRPCL3, RALγ) is normally expressed in the preimplantation embryo, throughout development, and in all adult tissues examined. Raly interacts with splicing factors such as the alternative splicing factors RBFOX1 and RBFOX2. The expression of RALγ is coordinated with oxaliplatin resistance in colorectal cancers overexpressing the γB-1 protein. |
