RNF36 (TRIM69) is a tripartite motif containing protein that associates with promyelocytic leukemia (PML) protein and induces cell death/apoptosis. RNF36 is also known to function as an E3 ubiquitin ligase in human testis and may be involved in ubiquitination during spermatogenesis.
Rabbit Anti-RNF36 antibody recognizes human, mouse, rat, and bovine RNF36.

Rabbit Anti-RNF36 antibody is suitable for western blot applications at a concentration of 2.0 μg/ml.

RNF36 is specifically expressed in germ cells at round spermatid stages during spermatogenesis. The protein encoded by this gene contains an N-terminal RING finger motif, a B-box, and a C-terminal B-30.2-like domain. When overexpressed in COS-7 and HEK-293 cells, this protein was shown to induce cell apoptosis.
