| Biochem/physiol Actions【生化/生理作用】 | TAF7 is a component of TFIID transcription factor complex and binds to TAF1 component to regulate transcription initiation of TAF1-dependent genes. In collaboration with TAF1, it regulates the phosphorylation of histone H3 acetylation at cyclin D1 and cyclin A promoters. TAF7 regulates the transcription activity of other transcription factors such as P-TEFb, TFIIH and CIITA in transcription initiation and is essential for differentiation of mature T cells. |
