| General description【一般描述】 | THO complex 1 (THOC1, HPR1, P84, P84N5) is a component of the TREX (transcription/export) complex that physically couples elongating RNA polymerase II with RNA processing and nuclear RNA export factors to regulate gene expression. THOC1 is required for embryonic development at the time of implantation. THOC1 may be involved in neoplastic transformation. |
