| General description【一般描述】 | USF1 is a leucine zipper transcription factor that forms a part of complexes that interact with fatty acid synthase (FAS) insulin response sequence (IRS). Valproic acid (VPA) is known to inhibit adipogenesis by repressing USF1-induced synthesis of fatty acids. Studies have reported that USF1 gene is associated with familial combined hyperlipidemia (FCHL). Rabbit Anti-USF1 (AB2) antibody recognizes human, mouse, rat, rabbit, canine, chicken, pig, and bovine USF1. |
