for the selective enrichment of Campylobacter species from foods

Suspend 13.8 grams in 472.5 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121℃) for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50 ℃ and aseptically add rehydrated contents of 1vial of Bolton Selective Supplement (Cat. No. 40568) and 25 ml of sterile lysed defribinated horse blood. Mix well before dispensing into sterile tubes.
