| General description【一般描述】 | Cesium acetate is an inorganic salt. It has been reported to change the surface of kaolinite by undergoing intercalation under various reaction conditions. It modifies the catalytic activity of MCM (Mobil Composition of Matter) -41 and MCM-48-type mesoporous molecular sieves by undergoing ion exchange with cesium cations and impregnation on their surfaces. |
| Application【应用】 | Cesium acetate may be used for the inversion of secondary alcohols to afford inverted acetates. It can also be used for the inversion of cyclopentyl and cyclohexyl alcohols. |
