保存条件：10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5 at 25°C), 250 mM KCl, 1 mM DTT, 0.1 mM EDTA, 0.2 mg/mL BSA and 50% glycerol.

缓冲液Optimal buffer(10X)：100 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.5), 100 mM MgCl2, 1000 mM KCl, 1 mg/mL BSA..

Ligations：After 10-fold over digestion with enzyme 90% of the DNA fragments can be ligated and recut.

使用说明：To obtain 100% activity, BSA should be added to the 1 x reaction mix to a final concentration of 100 μg/ml. Do not use BSA for long incubation.
