General description【一般描述】
Tryptic Soy Contact Agar + LTHTh - ICR is designed for the determination of the total microbial aerobic count on dry, sanitized surfaces and personnel in Clean rooms and Isolators. It is a complex medium for cultivation and isolation of a wide range of bacteria, yeasts and molds. The formulation of the Soybean Casein-Digest medium contains combination of casein and soy peptones supplying organic nitrogen, particularly amino acids and longer-chained peptides. The medium is supplemented with the neutralizers lecithin, polysorbate (Tween®) 80, histidine, sodium thiosulfate and pyruvate to inactivate disinfectant residues on dry surfaces.
