| General description【一般描述】 | Tryptic Soy Broth is a universal complex medium for the isolation and cultivation of fastidious aerobic bacteria, yeasts, and molds. It supports the growth of a wide variety of aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms, including fungi by the content of two highly nutritious peptones. |
| Application【应用】 | Tryptic Soy Broth is used for sterility testing of substances, preparations and products as well as a pre-enrichment broth for the test for specified microorganisms or total viable aerobic count determinations using the MPN method within non-sterile products. |
