| Principle【原理】 | In the assay, catalase first reacts with H202 to produce water and oxygen, the unconverted H202 reacts with the probe to produce a product, which can be measured colorimetrically at A570 nm or fluorometrically at λEx = 535 nm/λEm = 587 nm. Catalase activity is reversely proportional to the signal. The kit can detect 1 μU or less of catalase activity in samples. |
