Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against Anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), Anti-Goat Serum, Cat IgG, Cat IgG F(c) and Cat Serum. No reaction was observed against Cat IgG F(ab′)2. |
