| Biochem/physiol Actions【生化/生理作用】 | BMP2(骨形态发生蛋白2)在自主神经系统谱系特异性碱性-螺旋-环-螺旋蛋白MASH1(哺乳动物无刚毛鳞甲同系物-1)的激活以及神经嵴干细胞的体外自主神经发生中具有至关重要的作用。在骨修复过程中，BMP-2控制Runt相关转录因子2(Runx2)和Osterix(Osx)的表达，从而增强间充质干细胞的迁移、增殖和成骨分化。 除了具有成骨活性外，BMP-2在心脏形态发生中也具有重要作用。重组人骨形态发生蛋白2(rhBMP-2)在口腔鳞状细胞癌的发病机理中具有至关重要的作用。BMP-2基因突变与骨质疏松症有关。 |
