This immunoglobulin isotype modulates intestinal microorganisms and has been implicated in the pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy. Anti-Mouse IgA (α-chain specific)-Alkaline Phosphatase antibody is specific for mouse IgA when tested against purified mouse IgA, IgG, and IgM myeloma proteins. |
