| General description【一般描述】 | 过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体 γ(UniProt P37231；也称为核受体亚家族 1 C 组 3 成员、PPAR-γ、PPARγ)由人 PPARG(也称为 GLM1、NR1C3)基因(基因 ID 5468)编码。过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(PPAR)是核受体蛋白，起转录因子的作用。PPAR 靶基因在细胞分化、发育、代谢(碳水化合物、脂质、蛋白质)和肿瘤发生的调控中起着至关重要的作用。存在三种类型的 PPAR，即 α、δ(β)和 γ。另外，可变剪接产生三种 PPAR-γ 同工型。所有 PPAR 与类维生素 X 受体(RXR)形成异源二聚体，并在靶基因的启动子区域结合过氧化物酶体增殖激素反应元件(PPREs；AGGTCANAGGTCA)。PPARγ 被前列腺素 PGJ2 和花生四烯酸代谢物的 5-HETE 家族的某些成员(包括 5-oxo-15(S)-HETE和5-oxo-ETE)激活。 |
