| General description【一般描述】 | Polyamine that plays an important role in the regulation of cellular proliferation and differentiation. Acts as an inhibitor of phopholipase C-α and an activator of phopholipase C-δ. Has both stimulatory and inhibitory effects on NMDA receptors depending on the subunit composition of the receptor. Inhibits neuronal NOS. Inhibits DNA fragmentation and morphological apoptosis. Polyamine that plays an important role in the regulation of cellular proliferation and differentiation.
