| Biochem/physiol Actions【生化/生理作用】 | 2′-MeCCPA is a potent and A1-selective adenosine receptor agonist (Ki = 1.8 nM/bovine A1, 3.9 μM/bovine A2a, 5.0 μM/rat A3). 2′-MeCCPA inhibits 100 μM forskolin-induced adenylate cyclase activity in rat cortical membrane preparations (IC50 = 13.1 nM; ECmax = 15.1% inhibition) without antagonist potency against A1 agonist CHA (N6-cyclohexyladenosine). |
