RLA8 reverses the proregression of pathological changes such as hepatic lipid accumulation, steatosis, inflammation and fibrosis in mice models of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). Also, it improves serum HDL cholesterol, reduce hepatic free fatty acid and triglyceride levels, and alleviate insulin resistance. |
