Unlike less specific CK2 inhibitors, SGC-CK2-1 shows no antiproliferation activity in HCT116 or U-87 MG cancer cultures (up to 10 μM) despite its potent cellular activity (CK2α/CK2α′ IC50 = 36/16 nM by cellular NanoBRET assay). |
