ETP-47799 ( 0.4 μM or 1.1 μM) induces and stabilizes the naive state of murine and human pluripotent stem cells (PSCs) with better efficiency than the commonly used MEK/GSK3 inhibitor cocktail (1μM PD0325901, 1.5μM CHIR 99021). |
