| General description【一般描述】 | Hormonally up-regulated neu tumor-associated kinase (HUNK) belongs to the protein kinase superfamily and is an SNF1-related serine/threonine kinase that has a unique COOH-terminal (C-terminal) part without homology to any known protein. This protein is highly expressed in the mammary gland, kidney, and central nervous system. |

| Application【应用】 | This Anti-HUNK Antibody is validated for use in WB, IH(P) for the detection of HUNK. Immunohistochemistry Analysis: A 1:50-1:250 dilution from a representative lot detected HUNK in human brain and human cerebellum tissues. |
