The Isopore^™ membrane comprises polycarbonate film, with a smooth, glass-like surface that aids in clearer sample observation. This track-etched screen filter is recommended for sample analysis on the membrane surface. Isopore^™ membranes are useful in airborne contaminants analysis using electron microscopy.

Isopore^™ Membrane Filter has been used in:

• air monitoring
• epifluorescent microscopy
• chemotaxis assays
• the filtration of supernatant from isolated microplastics from riverine sediment dredge piles
• Dimethyldioctadecylammonium bromide (DODAB) vesicle preparation for biophysical studies
• filtering drinking water for microbes analysis
