Routinely evaluated by Affinity Precipitation/Immunoblot Analysis

300 μg of protein in 600 μL of a 50% agarose slurry in 50 mM Tris, pH 7.5, 200 mM NaCl, 1% Triton X-100, 20 μM PMSF, 1 mM aprotinin prior to the addition of glycerol to 50%. Liquid suspension.
